Dr. Timothy Church, the director of the Preventive Medicine Research Lab at Louisiana State University, tells us that we can improve our fitness by doing 75 minutes of exercise a week. He arrived at this conclusion after conducting a study on 500 middle-aged women. He asked these women to take three times a week. He observed that their aerobic fitness increased and health issues decreased.
