Westchester Personal Training Facility Offers A New Time-Saving and Effective Workout

Dr. Timothy Church, the director of the Preventive Medicine Research Lab at Louisiana State University, tells us that we can improve our fitness by doing 75 minutes of exercise a week. He arrived at this conclusion after conducting a study on 500 middle-aged women. He asked these women to take three times a week. He observed that their aerobic fitness increased and health issues decreased.

Pure Physique has developed individualized 30-minute workouts for those who are leading a busy life. They say this will stop their fatigue, lessen depression and cut their chances of heart disease and cancer.
