UK relies on torture tactics of Pakistani agencies

It shocked me when the read the news that British government supports the torture tactics of Pakistani agencies to extract information from individuals who are suspected of involvement in terrorism on the British soil.
The reports say that these individuals are in the custody of Pakistani intelligence agencies. This news surfaced in the British press when Pakistan's Adviser on Interior Rahman Malik on UK's visit.
