Commentary: Report reveals Iran seized British sailors in disputed waters

posted Thursday, 17 April 2008
It has transpired that Iranians captured British soldiers in the disputed waters, not in Iraqi waters in last year. The report which was released to The Times under the Freedom of Information Act tells us that the coalition unilaterally designed a dividing line between Iraqi and Iranian waters in the Gulf. They did not share this information with the Iranian officials.

It is distasteful to say but I have to say Des Browne, the Defence Secretary lied to the parliaments they were seized in Iraqi waters.

This startling revelation tells us that we should never believe what Americans and British Official say.
