Personal Bankruptcies Continue to Rise

Bankruptcy statistics tell s that Personal bankruptcies are rising at an alarming rate. It tells us that chapter 7 bankruptcies have risen to 36 as of March 2008. Reports say that majority of these Personal bankruptcies have been filed in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Indiana. The Bush Administration must do something to improve the financial health of Americans.
