Is Aafia Siddiqui a terrorist?

American prosecutors allege that Aafia Siddiqui is a suspected al-Qaeda terrorist. They say she was arrested in the city of Ghazni on July 17 with papers describing U.S. landmarks. It is said that she had documents which contained instructions to make a bomb.
Are all al-qaeda terrorists stupid? Why would they carry such materials with them?
It is said that she killed U.S. soldiers and FBI agents. The question is: Why did the sergent leave his rifle this way? Was sergeant court marshaled for his negligence?
In my opinion, all these charges are baseless. American officials can fool their people to get their support for war on terror. However, they will lose support of moderate Muslims if they continue to behave this way.
