Commentary:US Military Chief Says Any Attack on Iran Would be Destabilizing

The top U.S. military officer says the international community should use diplomatic, financial and international pressure to change the Iranian behavior. He is of the opinion that military strike on Iran will destabilize the region and world.
The latest remarks from Admiral Mike Mullen indicates that America has realized the repercussion of attack on Iran.
New York reports that Robert Gates, the defence secretary, told a private gathering of Congressmen that the US strike on Iran will create generations of jihadists, and our grandchildren will be battling our enemies here in America.
In my opinion, it is a good sign that American civil and military brass has realized the implications of attack on Iran. The international community must use a package of incentives and punishments to give its nuclear program.
