Commentary: 'Terrorist safe havens' remain in Pakistan’

A reports released by the non-partisan Government Accountability Office, says that the US has failed to destroy safe heavens in the Pakistan's tribal areas. The report says that the US administration is working without a comprehensive plan. This helped al Qaeda to regroup in the region.
Though the Bush Administration and the Pentagon officials have rejected the report. I agree with the contents of the reports. American people the aid which is doled out to dictators in the world also goes into the pockets of the US officials. That is why they never check how aid is spent.
