Commentary: Pakistan prime minister promises investigation into bombing

Pakistani Minister told press in Colombo that that if Indian and Kabul gave incriminating evidence about ISI's involvement in suicide bombing of Indian Embassy in Kabul, he would order an independent inquiry.
Can he do that ?
He is making false promises to the international community. We have seen that how ISI forced him to take back this notification regarding transfer of ISI to interior ministry.
