Commentary: Intelligence sharing on Pakistan border

Media reports says that six joint military intelligence centres have been established along the Afghan-Pakistan border to monitor the activities of militants. People sitting in these centers can see live video feeds from US spy planes in the centres.
The question is : Will Pakistani and Afghan officials cooperate with each?
These officials hate each other.
