Commentary: Foreign powers mull 'incentives' for Iran during nuclear talks

Media reports say that major powers who gathered in china to discuss the Iran nuclear failed reach agreement. There had gathered there to discuss offer incentives to Iran to stop its nuclear ambitions.
In my opinion, big powers will never be able to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Economic and energy interests of major powers like China and Russia will always put hindrance on reaching unified agreement.
Western powers should destroy their nuclear arsenal to make examples for others.
